Hi there, it’s Octavia.

Okay, let’s start with the surprise, because in truth I surprised myself too. 

For the past 12 months I have written this weekly newsletter and I absolutely love doing it.

But sometimes there are ideas that are easier to explain when you can actually hear someone's voice.

So this morning I did something that honestly scared me, because it’s something I’ve thought about for a very long time.

I recorded the very first episode of my brand new podcast.

It's called One to One with Octavia.

It's not on Spotify. It's not on Apple Podcasts. I created it for the Fire Memos community, as a thank you for being here.

One to One with Octavia is a solo podcast, which means it’s just me, talking to you, about how to get out of our own way and do our best work.

I wanted it to feel exactly like the kinds of conversations we’d have if we were sitting across the table from each other.
