Most of us donāt struggle with knowing what we want. We struggle with maintaining the habits that support it, especially when life gets crazy.
We know what we want to achieve, but we don't always pause to consider what we need to protect or release to get there.
The Keep, Start, Stop exercise provides a space for you to think deeply about the habits you need to introduce, maintain, or drop in order to achieve what you really want.
